Your new company
Following the merger of Wexham, Heatherwood and Frimley Park hospital in 2014, Frimley Health Foundation Trust was formed. Frimley Health Foundation Trust are embarking on a strategic Digital Transformation programme that aims to deliver an Infrastructure of the future, transforming the current enterprise application estate.

We are looking to appoint an Enterprise Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of Trusts Infrastructure transformation, including the complete end to end implementation of O365, and the migration of the existing application estate from on premise, to a Cloud solution, adopting a Hybrid model.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Programmes and working alongside the CIO, you will manage several strategic transformation projects, from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for planning and designing the programme proactively to monitor progress, resolve issues and lead changes as appropriate. Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to agreed timescales and cost, defining governance arrangements and ensuring they are in line with current PMO standards.

The Enterprise Programme Manager will assist the Clinical Design Authority and Service Directors with business case completion, prepare documentation for approvals, through the Trusts governance processes, including sign off at the transformation board.

You’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to lead change and digital transformation, including identifying, tracking and articulating benefits to the Trust and savings achieved. We estimate the potential cost savings of £80M over 7 years.

In addition to the above you will ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme, managing the programme budget, monitoring expenditure and costs, managing risk and issues effectively, escalating as appropriate, to the Head of Programmes.

Due to the nature of this role is it’s essential the successful candidate has excellent communication skills at all levels, to articulate technical detail to a varied audience across the Trust. You’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to influence and challenge decisions to senior managers and stakeholders to ensure the best solution possible.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a Programme Manager with significant experience managing large-scale Enterprise level Infrastructure programmes. You will be able to demonstrate your experience and technical expertise relating to Data Centres, Networks, MS Office Products, O365 and Cloud technologies.

Acting as the primary point of contact for the Trust’s infrastructure projects, you will have delivered a programme of similar budgetary size (£10M) and have knowledge of IM&T procurements exceeding £1M.

You will demonstrate exceptional leaderships skills, have an in-depth understanding of project and programme management and be aware of their highly complex interdependencies.

Prior NHS/ Healthcare experience would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
