Implementation Coordinator

An Implementation Coordinator role based near Northampton with a competitive package on offer.
Hays Information Technology is delighted to be recruiting for a well-rounded Implementation Coordinator to support the growth of Abacus Solutions Development Ltd who are based in a beautiful part of Northamptonshire and are a premium vendor, specialising in providing in-lane software solutions to the global lottery industry. This is a position that has come about due to exceptional growth within the business over the course of the last 12 months, with a forecast of continued growth moving forward.

In your new role with Abacus you will be working within a business focused team to assist in the implementation of their product for various retailers across the globe, offering a fantastic opportunity to visit new places and work with a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate must be passionate about their work, with the desire to provide the best possible customer service, as well as the ability to engage and be flexible to the customer’s needs and processes. Ideally, a background and understanding of point of sale solutions would be included, however this is not essential.

You would be expected to be involved in:

  • Client implementations
  • Facilitate workshops where required
  • Management of project plan and deliverables
  • Manage risk and issues
  • Project reporting/communication
  • Develop and manage project and product documentation
  • Write operational and business documentation
  • Query/problem resolution
  • Assist lottery client to develop their internal processes and procedures/implementation plans
  • Pre-sales support to retailer clients
  • Identify training requirements for lottery and retailer clients. Create training plan and deliver if required
  • Create test plans and scripts
  • Assist with or manage Business User Acceptance Testing
  • Support for senior management team
  • Provide reports and management information as required
  • Change management
    • Maintain the change management schedule
    • Communicate changes to all interested parties
    • Identify and manage any risks and issues associated with the changes
    • Provide status reports and updates to key stakeholders
