As a recruiter you will win new clients and nurture existing relationships, contact candidates and build professional relationships and market knowledge. You will quickly develop expertise in your specialist market by advertising Roles, meeting with clients and candidates, networking in your industry sector and utilising our market leading database. You will be expected to deliver and exceed KPI's and targets on a monthly basis by bringing together both candidate and client to meet their requirements. We are now looking for an excellent candidate to join our Office Support team!

Our London Hammersmith office is home to our Accountancy & Finance and Office Support businesses, who due to growth are looking to recruit two ambitious individuals to join the team. The office is currently 18% up on last year and this is expected to continue on an upward curve for the rest of the year. We work with a variety of clients from PLC's to Private Equity backed businesses to high growth SME's across West London. Situated in a central location and next to the tube station, our London Hammersmith office is within easy access of the Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City and Circle lines. This enables easy access to our enviable client base around Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Chiswick.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have excellent sales skills and a proven track record of success in either previous employment or Education. There's not one typical person that makes a good recruiter. We've got people from all kinds of backgrounds - retail, sales professionals, ex-tradespeople, graduates...

To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed in a competitive and fast paced environment. You will possess the ability to build successful relationships with clients and candidates and show outstanding interpersonal skills to maintain relationships.

You will be ambitious and driven to develop your market quickly and show an inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, show attention to detail and a strong work ethic in order to succeed.

Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results, so resilience, persistence and determination are key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.
