Service Desk Engineer - Investment Management - London

A rapidly growing Investment Management firm based in the City of London are seeking a new Service Desk engineer to join their team and provide expert support to accommodate their operational growth.

You'll be joining a forward thinking, customer service focused team with a real impetus on communication and support. This team is vital for when technical issues occur and you'll be making a significant contribution to the organisation's success.

You'll be joining a progressive organisation who are big on internal promotion and a low staff turnover, where your key responsibilities will involve providing exceptional customer service through technical knowledge and experience along with a strong ability to communicate. A background in retail or customer service is highly desirable.

You will have experience with the following:

  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Apple iOS
  • Canon & HP printers (beneficial)
  • 1st/2nd line support
  • SCCM
