Fantastic children's charity who due to continuous investment and funding, have an immediate requirement for a Early Years Services Manager to join their team in Larne. This charity provide care and support to Children, Young People and their Families.

Your new role
This is a step up for a Qualified Social Worker who wants to move away from the field work and into a more senior position. You will be tasked with supervising and managing a team, including other Social Workers, Speech & Language therapists, Health Visitors, and Support Workers. You will manage the overall Early Years service as well as attending monthly team meetings, working to budgets and ensuring targets are met. Management responsibilities will include carrying out 1-1s with staff and relaying important information from meetings to your team. You will be based in Larne and will work a 3 day week

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified Social Worker and have at least 3 years post qualifying experience. In previous roles you must have supervised and managed a team and be comfortable doing so. Ideally you will have worked to budgets before and will be able to quickly form professional working relationships with multi-agencies.

You will receive a salary of £30k pro rata and a generous holiday entitlement.
