Your new role
You will be a Payroll & Rewards manager sitting in the finance team. You will be managing the monthly payroll in a sole role as well as managing the commissions and reviewing the rewards and benefits package. 

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced payroll professional with a good level of knowledge and experience in end to end payroll. You will also need to have experience managing rewards and calculating commission. You will also need to have great communication skills and work ethic.
