BILLING CLERK - 18 month FTC IMPROVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Your new company

G&W UK/Europe Region offers a range of logistical solutions based around its three core service platforms of Rail, Road and Terminals. G&W is unique in the rail industry, owning or leasing more than 122 freight railroads organised in nine locally managed operating regions with 8,000 employees serving 3,000 customers. We have acquired over 100 railroads since 2000 including UK companies Freightliner and Pentalver. G&W are currently creating a new Shared Service Centre in Birmingham city centre and as a result are now recruiting for a number of Billing Clerks.

Your new role

Reporting into the Billing Manager you will be part of a newly created team who are responsible for all billing activities within G&W UK entities. There is a strong focus on service delivery to both internal and external customers, ensuring invoices and billing activity is produced in a timely and accurate way.

Experience required

Our client is ideally seeking candidates with over 3 years’ billing experience from a large and complex shared services environment, however, as you can see below, this is about securing the best people in the market and as long as you have excellent processing skills, you are used to working in a busy and changing environment and you have a pro-active and hardworking attitude, then please apply for this opportunity.
