Your new company
A newly formed company within the construction industry are seeking an admin assistant to join their new team. 

Your new role
As an admin assistant you will be dealing with customer enquiries relating to technical and membership issues. As well as this, you will also analyse survey data put into the database and ensure that this is established to QA systems. Undertaking of  site visits to ensure that future surveys are undertaken to a high level will also be involved within your job role; this may involve staying away in other UK regions for multiple days at a time. Additionally, you will also assist with financial systems and controls, always following company policy and procedures. With regards to administration you will also handle the bookings of events and system releases as well as the handling of payment and updating accounting records. Throughout your time you will also have the opportunity to develop your own products. 

What experience is required 
A successful candidate will have experience in assisting project execution to completion, the ability to analyse complex data outputs, good organisation skills and past experience working as a team.

What is needed to succeed:

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of technical data and an ability to  communicate well and put ideas forward. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
A clean driving licence is also required as well as good software knowledge of the packages excel and Google sheets. Experience of Quick Books accounting software is a further advantage but training will be given.
