Operational Risk VP

International Bank based in the City of London seeks experienced Op Risk practitioner, paying up to £80,000.

Your new company
A leading global Banking institution, this business have an established presence in London. Currently restructuring the Operational Risk team they are in need of an experienced Operational Risk Manager to assist in the ongoing development and implementation of framework improvement and policy development.

Your new role
Sitting within an established Operational Risk function, you will be responsible for regular day to day running of the function, including the RCSA process, KRI reporting, gap analysis. You will also have a requirement to drive long term strategic improvements to the group framework and be responsible for representing operational risk at senior committee meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 5 years experience within Operational Risk in Financial Services, or equivalent, is required, preferably within a large international banking environment. You will need to have in depth experience of working closely with senior risk stakeholders and other relevant heads of function, and have been involved in end-to-end Operational Risk framework development and implementation. You should also have experience of managing a team.
