Start-up fintech payment services business requires a Personal Assistant to the Head of HR to assist with various PA responsibilities ensuring a smooth running of the HR function. 

Your new role
Personal Assistant to the Head of HR in an innovative and exciting company going through significant growth. You will need to have a strong attention to detail, professional presence, and have the ability to work in start-up environment.

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
• Heavy calendar management; internal/external meetings and conference calls (between multiple time zones)
• Coordinating a high volume of international and domestic travel
• Processing visa requests for international business travel
• Weekly expense reporting
• Management of incoming calls
• Preparing printouts of meeting materials

What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience as a Personal Assistant within financial services. Experience within HR is beneficial.
