This company is a luxury retail business renowned for their high end brands and products. The company has a wealth of history and gone from strength to strength through a mixture of acquisitions and organic growth. This company is recruiting a Human Resources Administrator.

Your new role
You will be first point of contact for all HR and employee matters and you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to managers. You will assist with recruitment campaigns (including use of social media) and advise on hiring processes. You will manage employee on boarding including producing contracts and offer letters, obtaining references and ensuring all new employees receive inductions and training. You will be responsible for maintaining all employee data on People HR- providing regular reports, manage administration for all maternity/ paternity cases and leaver processes. Updating and collating the payroll spreadsheet and reviews starters, leavers and changes. Your role will involve ensuring the staff handbook and all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a competent HR Administrator with around 2 years of HR experience. The successful candidate will have an understanding of employment law and recruitment practices, ideally CIPD. A high attention to detail and strong organisation and planning skills is essential. You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly, and to be trusted at all levels. Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Power point, HRIS)
