Your new company
A top retail and commercial bank with a focus on individual development and inclusivity is seeking to expand its Financial Crime Team in Manchester. This team holds responsibility over maintaining a strong Risk and Control framework, and ensures that the bank is in line with policy requirements. Operating within a target-oriented and challenging environment, you will be able expand your Financial Crime expertise whilst working to improve the Anti-Bribery Corruption (ABC) framework and procedures.

Your new role
As an Associate, you will have an integral role within the ABC team as you contribute to risk based ABC decisions and approvals. You will also be the first point of contact for any business queries. Additionally, you will specifically help to create a MI process to report on risks and other information required. You will handle the implementation of new tax evasion controls, ensuring they are compliant with bank policy. You will report directly to the Financial Crime Manager, and will be working closely with the Head of Financial Crime Framework, ABC Officer and Director of Financial Crime.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a solid understanding of legislation and policy related to Financial Crime, and having an in-depth understanding of Anti-Bribery Corruption related policy will be ideal. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders is vital.
