Your new role
The Admin team of this company forms a very pivotal part of their business. They are the lifeline that keeps the business together and due to a recent departure, it is time to find a new Office Assistant to join the ranks. Within this role, you will be providing support to teams across the business through general administration, sorting and distributing post, maintaining cleanliness and tidyness across all office areas, managing meeting room bookings and maintenance, assisting with events, handling deliveries and any additional ad hoc admin tasks the teams might need you to provide. 

This role has plenty of progression opportunities - whether you want to stay down the admin route or would like to move into a creative part of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for entry-level or graduate candidates with some experience within a similar role or with a previous internship within the PR, Fashion or Communications industry. You will need a good working knowledge of PowerPoint & Word, any additional creative software packages would be a plus!

This job can be physically demanding due to the handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
