Senior Support Worker

Support workers sought for domiciliary care role Lincoln area, permanent. Up to £9.58 per hour + mileage paid.

Your new company
You will be joining a local domiciliary care company who provide outstanding levels of care in service users own homes. Excellent opportunities for progression and training.

Your new role
You will work directly with clients in their own homes, promoting independence, respecting individualised care plans and delivering sector leading care packages. You will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for care.
For experienced candidates there is the opportunity to become a mentor for new and existing staff members, completing observations of practice, giving constructive feedback and implementing and delivering training needs identified from discussions and observations. You will be confident delivering training and giving developmental feedback to both new starters and experienced staff members.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous care assistant experience in a domiciliary setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to providing outstanding levels of personalised care
  • Knowledge of key legislation surrounding domiciliary care
