Nights Support Worker

Nights Support Worker needed for large charitable organisation in the Staffordshire area.

Your new company
One of the largest charitable foundations are looking for a night support worker to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role
This role will be supporting customers facing a variety of issues such as homelessness, substance and alcohol misuse etc and will be based at the homeless hostel. Duties will include signing customers in and out of the business, conduction checks to ensure Health and Safety at all times and escalating any issues and reporting as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
You are required to have experience working within a similar environment and have done a similar role in the past. As a person you will need to have the strong ability to throw yourself into this role and be heavily involved in working hard and intensely with the vulnerable service users. This role will require you to have an up to date DBS, as well as a clean driving licence. This position starts as soon as possible and is on a temporary ongoing basis.
