Your new role

London Council is seeking a Service Manager to manage and develop the Children's Assessment service, which provides short term statutory child protection. The council has been on a significant journey of improvement, with ambition to enable every child and young person to have the best start in life. You will be a strong leader with strategic and operational experience. Budgetary management, team building, management of HR issues and staff supervision will be part of your role.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Be experienced Service Manager or Deputy Service Manager
  • HCPC registered with relevant Social Work degree
  • The ability to manage risk and use of multidisciplinary working with partner agencies
