Your new school
A fantastic primary school located in South Gloucestershire are currently seeking a school administrator to cover an absence in the office until October half-term. The primary school pride themselves on always going the extra mile for their pupils, their strong leadership team supports their school community and ensures everyone is made to feel welcome. 

Your new role
As the the school administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the whole school. 
Your main responsibilities will be meeting and greeting parents and visitors, answering the phone and dealing with enquiries efficiently. Administrative duties will include typing letters, responding to emails, sorting dinner monies, ordering stationery, printing and photocopying. You will also be managing SIMS to update pupil information and update registers.

You will play an integral part in ensuring the school office operates smoothly. The role will be full-time; Monday - Thursday, 8:15 - 4:15, finishing at 3:45 on a Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
For this school administrator post, you will need to have recent and relevant experience working within a school office. It is desirable that you have a working knowledge of SIMS. It is expected that as an administrator you will be efficient on Microsoft Office packages including Word and Outlook. You will be a good team player and be happy to help, taking on extra responsibilities if needed.
