Professional contact service centre Manager Permanent position

Your new company
You will be working for a large, fast growing accountancy firm whom are continuously expanding and are soon to be opening a new competency centre based in Bradford this will be one of their key priorities.

Your new role
The successful candidate will play a major part in ensuring the overall quality of work is upto standard delivered by the Competency Centre. 
As a team leader you will be required to coach and mentor those performing the audit of Cash, helping them build core audit and professional skills. You will be required to review all work performed, in line with technical requirements and operating procedures.
You will be building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients to enable high quality delivery. 

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for people who have strong technical ability and the skills to lead a team of people from diverse backgrounds.
You will have:

  • Completed an accountancy qualification up to professional level (minimum requirement of Audit & Assurance and Financial Accounting & Reporting)
  • Relevant audit experience in a professional services or industry based role.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements/clients at one time.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching junior members of teams.
  • A willingness to further develop their strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A strong “customer service mindset”
  • Strong influencing skills;
  • An ability to work under own initiative, and under pressure; and
