Highly reputable firm in the market for a Client Service admin due to growth. Potential for part-time


Your new company
A highly reputable Financial Services organisation are in the market for an experienced Client Services Administrator / IFA Administrator for their offices in Fife. The role is ideally full-time hours, 35 hours pw, but they are able to accommodate PT hours providing they slot in with the gaps from the other Part-Time staff.

Your new role
As a Client Service Consultant you will be responsible for the administrative support for the Financial Planning team: updating client files on the database, updating records on wealth platforms, responding to queries as well as other basic administrative duties (diary management, telephony duties etc.) You will also be required to handle product providers on behalf of the team. 

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, the client is looking for someone with practical knowledge of 'Inteliflo' systems and ideally some knowledge of wealth platforms such as Old Mutual Wealth. You will have prior experience working closely with an IFA and handling their administrative needs. You will possess a terrific attention to detail and can demonstrate the ability to prioritise your workload effectively. Any progress towards your level 4 diploma will be preferable but not essential.
