This UK and Ireland’s leading high end retail FMGC is recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor, who will provide exceptional customer service and personal service. Due to expansion, this job vacancy has been created in search for someone self-motivated and articulate, with the confidence to offer a luxury service and build relationships with clients.

Your New Role

You’ll be responsible for being the first point of contact for online registrations and quires, through the telephone, e-mail and online chats. You will be using expert product knowledge to guide and advise customers through the company’s 300+ brand offering to help their needs.

What you’ll need to succeed

Utilising your previous relevant experience in a similar role, will enable you to be successful in your application. This role will require you to have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to provide excellent customer service. Your experience of monitoring or working towards KPIs. Candidates will ideally have recent, steady experience within a high end retail FMGC or e-commerce company.

What you will get in return

Standard working hours are 40 per week with the office open Monday to Saturday with shifts between the hours of 8.30-6pm. An occasional Saturday may be worked, if so you will gain a day off in lieu during the week. You will be offered a salary of £22,000 - £24,000, per annum, plus a generous bonus and commission. You will be entitled to a luxurious 23 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays.
