This UK and Ireland’s leading independent fast moving consumer goods company is recruiting for a permanent customer sales and service team supervisor, who will coach and lead the team to offer customers an exceptional service and personal service. Due to expansion, this job vacancy has been created in search for someone self-motivated and articulate, with the confidence to offer a luxury service and build relationships with clients.


Your new role
You’ll be responsible for being the first point of contact for online registrations and quires, through the telephone, e-mail and online chats. You will be coaching and training the team and optimising performance to meet KPIs, while using expert product knowledge to guide and advise customers through the company’s 300+ brand offering to help their needs. You will be expected to work alongside the head of Sales to develop the team and pin point necessary areas of training.


What you'll need to succeed
Utilising your previous relevant experience in a similar role, will enable you to be successful in your application. This role will require you to have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. Your experience of monitoring or working towards KPIs and a passion for homewares or interior would be advantageous and will allow you to succeed in this role. Candidates will ideally have recent, steady experience in a customer service team within an office based environment.


What you'll get in return
Standard working hours are 40 per week with the office open Monday to Saturday with shifts between the hours of 8.30-6pm. An occasional Saturday may be worked which if so will mean a day off in lieu during the week. You will be offered a salary of £24,000 to £26,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus and commission. You will be entitled to a luxurious 23 days paid holiday per year plus bank.
