Logistics Admin required for FMCG based in Hersham. £20k

Your new company
This multinational FMCG is looking for a Returns & Logistics Administrator to join their busy team in Hersham. This organisation is a popular name in many households and can often be seen as the epitome of luxury brands across this industry.

Your new role
As part of your new role, you will be the point of contact for all customers and internal stakeholders in relation to returns & logistics activities ensuring effective communication is maintained to all customers (internal and external). This position will also require you to generate and regularly publish logistical performance results.

Your role will focus on 3 main aspects:

  • Returns Management
  • Logistics Management
  • Credit Management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • MS Office Suite Experience
  • Experience in Customer Service/Logistics handling within an FMCG environment
