Senior Reconciliations Administrator

UK wide wealth management firm looking to recruit experienced reconciliations admin for Edinburgh


Your new company
You will be working for one of the market leading wealth management firms within their operations team in the Edinburgh office.

Your new role
As a senior reconciliations administrator you will be responsible for the processing, custody and reconciliation of all positions held by the firm, ensuring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations. This covers all products and assets, including cash, equities, fixed income and collectives. The processes are varied and cover client and product static data, asset servicing, settlements, client reporting, portfolio transfers, fees processing, financial planning administration, operational tax and reconciliations.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be well-versed in reconciliations with proven experience of helping others within this environment. You will be an administrative expert, proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel. You will possess terrific communication skills, verbally and written.
