A driven and well established bank are seeking an experienced Customer service officer.   

Your new role
Your daily responsibility's will include the following; Interacting with customers using digital, internet and telephone channels, gaining an understanding of Banking operations and processes, Learn about the products and services we offer and onboarding of KYC.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a positive customer service attitude, KYC and Customer On-boarding experience, strong PC based skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, experience within Financial Services and demonstrates promptness, dependability and commitment in dealing with customers.
