Your new role
This role will be a customer-facing service associate role based in their London office. As part of the remit, you will be responsible for the on-boarding of new customers, ensuring all data is correctly entered on to the systems, adhering to extensive compliance procedures including identity document checks & credit checks. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and potentially progress into other parts of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To be able to cater to this organisation's client base, it is essential that you have the ability to speak Filipino. Additionally, you must also:

  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • Be a good team player
  • Be computer literate; with advanced skills using the MS Office Suite
