Operations Manager (IFAs) : to £50,000 + benefits : South Manchester

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable and progressive firm of IFAs for an experienced Operations Manager.  

Your new role
A very "hands-on" role with responsibility for managing a sizeable team of IFA Client Support Administrators ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times to advisers and clients.  Key responsibilities include managing workflows, monitoring and reviewing processes/procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and improving processes as necessary, leading team meetings, staff management, identifying training needs and staff development.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of managing operational support staff within a firm of IFAs is essential together with excellent interpersonal skills, first class communication skills and good knowledge of back office systems.
