Personal Assistant Role in West London - £30-32k + attractive benefits package

Your new role

In this role, you will be providing administrative support to the Managing Director UK and the Executive Management team. You will be the first point of contact for external queries and responsible for coordinating visits of Directors and Senior Management from Head Office. Your duties will include:

  • Diary management and scheduling for the Managing Director & Executive Management Team
  • Liaising with US counterparts to coordinate and support cross-company communications and team events as required
  • Compile corporate documents and communications
  • Office management duties including screening and transferring of calls to relevant departments; greeting visitors to the organisation and provide them with the appropriate company marketing materials; coordinating meeting room bookings and arranging catering/refreshments for meetings; maintaining office systems; managing office supplies and ordering stationary.
  • Administrative support to HR department
  • Administering expenses, credit card statements and invoices to support the Finance function
  • Putting together internal and external email communications
  • Assisting with coordinating information for company newsletter when required
  • Ad hoc project support


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate must:
  • Be able to demonstrate solid previous administrative/PA experience
  • Have extensive experience of complex diary and travel management
  • Have previous experience of working with senior management
  • Have Excellent IT Skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Have the ability to organise and prioritise workload to successfully and effectively meet deadlines
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the Managing Director
  • Have a flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to be a fantastic team player who can also work independently
