Change Management consultant (manager)

Our Client, a leading consultancy in London, currently requires a Change Manager to join its team. This is a team that focuses on transformation and strategy and is a key part of their growth plans. This role requires a skilled change manager who applies an analytical approach to understanding the day to day business of its clients and the implications of strategy through to design and implementation, working closely with client management and other consultants within the organisation.
 
The successful Change manager will need to have extensive experience within the change management space as well as:

- A proven track record of Project Management on complex projects
- Experience or understanding of SAP beneficial
- Target operating model design and Process mapping
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- End to end change management life cycle experience
- A proven track record of providing a consultative approach
- Ability to Lead the delivery of projects
- Manage teams on client projects

This is a UK team so the role will require travel across the UK. You can expect to be based in London for around 70% of the time.
