Area Sales Manager - Outer London

New Business Development – Perm Job Opportunity with Office Space Provider – Base salary + Great OTE Potential

As an Area Sales Manager at Regus you will work closely with the Area Director to grow deals and revenue in your area, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for generating new sales leads and prospecting new business by completing professional centre tours and maintaining relationships with a variety of customers in order to retain and grow our business. Building strong relationships with internal sales teams, brokers and agencies is also key to this role.

You are driven, results-orientated and consider yourself an innovative thinker who works well under pressure. You will manage your own diary and have experience of building and cultivating relationships, as well as being motivated and competitive with a track record of surpassing KPI measures.

The successful candidate...

  • You have 3 years minimum sales experience with demonstrated results
  • You’re an excellent communicator and presenter
  • You have a high level of organization skills and detail oriented
  • You’re a self-starter with ability to develop and maintain own pipeline
  • You are autonomous and driven
  • You are comfortable in fast paced environments
  • You have experience with CRM systems a plus
