A well established telecoms,digital and entertainments business is seeking a proactive, and competent PA to provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to three of the management population, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with internal key stakeholders

Your new role

Key duties of this role include:

- Being first point of contact for both internal and external customers, managing highly confidential information
- Diary management for 3 directors 
- Extensive travel arrangements 
- Drafting all correspondence 
- Reporting and producing presentations as required
- Minute taking, with following up action points 
- Expenses
- Ad-hoc admin

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you must have prior experience of supporting senior management, ideally at director level, with the ability to support 3 directors at one time. 

The company are seeking an extremely proactive and energetic individual who is keen to work in a challenging environment, if you have experience working within digital entertainments, that would be beneficial.

The ability to show tact, diplomacy and understanding, especially when dealing with confidential material is key in this position.
