Your new company
I am partnering with a major British banking group who are looking for someone to join their Financial Crime function for their office based in Milton Keynes on an 18 month fixed term contract. You will be driving the workstream for the Financial Crime Transformation Programme team, focusing on escalations and aiming to achieve sustainable improvement within the bank’s FCC strategy and policy.

Your new role
Main Responsibilities:

  • You will own every aspect of the workstream, leading the support of the general Programme plan and driving the delivery in an efficient and apt way.
  • Further the framework for governance and reporting to ensure a fluid flow of precise and accurate process updates; including through MI and Budget Control
  • Provide continuous improvement for the business while still utilising delivery of the full benefit across a range of products
  • Developing meaningful business and functional relationships


What you'll need to succeed
  • You will be thoroughly practised in managing large scale workstreams or programmes
  • A broad understanding of operational infrastructure, programmes and interfaces, as well as change programmes and the implications they make.
  • Experienced in managing variable change processes at the same time
