Office Admin required for well-known Beauty Chain in West London. £22-25k

This beauty chain is at the forefront of their industry, offering treatments at over 20 locations across the country. With over 30 years experience under their belt, this company has significantly grown in the last few years and is expanding with every month that passes. Their clients include well known celebrity faces and have had the opportunity to feature in high end fashion magazines as well.

Your new role
This company is looking for an office administrator with a can-do attitude to join their head office in West London. You will be trained to use their software and work with the back end of the company booking system. Your tasks will include providing ad hoc reception support when required and also managing correspondence both via email and over the phone, including some customer complaints which come directly to head office. You will also be responsible for the general administrative and upkeep tasks of the busy office.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to make the transition from Office Admin to PA as you will be taking on PA duties for the CEO and HR Directors - including diary, inbox and travel management. This will involve not only making the travel bookings but also planning the itineraries, applying for visas and more. 

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in MS Office & Outlook with the ability to pick up new systems efficiently and effectively. While being able to work well in a team is an important aspect of this role, you will also need to be able to work independently using your initiative and your ability to think outside the box. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must and you must be able to demonstrate your impeccable organisation skills.

A strong interest in the beauty industry is essential while some work experience in the sector would be beneficial.
