Your new company
You will be joining an established organisation which places the service user at the heart of everything they do. This organisation is focused on supporting vulnerable people in the community. This organisation primarily supports service users are whose lives have been held back by a range of social issues and concerns, including substance misuse and other forms of addiction, homelessness, poverty, unemployment, domestic abuse, mental health issues and offending. Therefore, they are committed and passionate about getting service users lives back on track

Your new role
Manage a large caseload and give individuals all the support they need to enable them to participate in community life.
Working to individual care plans
Working with mixed client group of adults who are alcohol dependant
Group work and 1-2-1 interventions
Must have knowledge of harm minimisation and BBV
working with clients on prescribed medication such as Methadone and other substitute methods of medication
You'll also work with them to develop an appropriate personal support plan that addresses their specific needs. A great listener, with a flexible approach and a flair for planning and prioritising a busy workload,.
Teaching life-skills

What you'll need to succeed
Must have substance misuse experience
Must hold a DBS on the Update Service
Must be available to start immediately
Ideally a driver
