A large residential unit which consists of 22 service users across 5 bungalows, are seeking an experienced deputy manager to join their friendly team. They currently offer support to adults with learning disabilities, development delay, challenging behaviour and visual impairment.

Your new role

This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in a similar environment or looking for the next step up. You will be required to support the Manager with the day to day running of the bungalows, recruitment, finance, budgeting and rotas.

What you'll need to succeed

You must hold a diploma or equivalent in health and social care or management. You will have worked in a similar environment supporting a registered manager. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
