A London public sector body is looking for an experience Administrator to join their team. The role is based in Hammersmith, is with an immediate start and is for 4 months in duration.

Your new role

You will be responsible for providing presentations to the public alongside general admin duties, such as maintaining and updating spread sheets, mailbox management and occasionally minute taking. Critically you will need to be comfortable with public speaking and have had some experience working with children.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Call centre/customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Able to drive to and from sites (desired)
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Any experience working with children
