Customer Service Executive Job in Richmond, permanent, paying between £25,000 to £28,000 per annum.

This respectable retail company are recruiting for a self-starting, organised and proactive customer service executive to join their efficient team.

Your New Role

You’ll be responsible for processing orders, answering and resolving queries from key clients and the general public, via inbound/outbound calls and email. Your new role will also require uploading information on to the system and liaising with the sales and marketing team.

What you’ll need to succeed

Utilising your previous relevant experience in a similar role, will enable you to be successful in your application. This role will require you to have exceptional customer service and organisational skills.

What you will get in return

You will be working the “dream shift” of Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm. Your salary will be a respectable £25,000 to £28,000.
