Exceptional opportunity available for an experienced Customer Care Executive professional to work for this global FMCG organisation in their modern West London office (initially working from home). The organisation specialises in consumer goods, is well established and has many well recognised brands under their umbrella. This initially temporary position is within a dynamic and lively team that is expanding rapidly due to business growth within a new market.

Your New Role

You’ll be responsible for liaising with consumers over the phone responding to enquiries and upselling products, live chat, email correspondence, dealing with customer feedback and processing orders whilst maintaining a professional and friendly telephone manner. Unlike a typical call centre role this consumer care position is not fully scripted so ability to think on your feet and go the extra mile for a customer is very much encouraged.

What you’ll need to succeed

Significant experience in a Customer Care within an office/contact centre environment is required along with relevant experience handling complaints and using in-house databases. Ideal candidates will have a charismatic and articulate telephone manner to fit in with this fun-loving team. You will need to have multi-channel customer care experience as you will be dealing with customers on live chat, phone and email.

What you will get in return

You will be working regular office hours operating Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm with a competitive rate of £14.00 per hour in a fun, lively environment complete with table tennis and regular team incentives/nights out. Initially this role will be for a month-long contract which may extend/go permanent depending on business needs and performance. You will initially also be working from home until government advice supports moving back into offices, where you will be based in Chiswick.
