Your new company
You will be working for a world-renowned manufacturer of specialist chemical product, providing solutions into a variety of industries including construction and architectural. The organisation are currently in the process of being acquired by a larger, American owned manufacturer due to their interest in expanding into my clients product market.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the site Quality Manager, you will be assisting in maintaining, implementing and developing the Quality Management System. Further to this, you will be responsible for controlling non-conforming product, you will be working closely with laboratory technicians and conduct process and product audits.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role as Quality Engineer, you will have prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as chemical, process, food or batch production. You will be conversant with ISO9001 and ideally hold an internal auditing qualification against the standard.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £37,000 as well as good company benefits such as 25 days holiday (plus bank) and a pension contribution of up to 8%. Other company benefits include private healthcare, childcare vouchers and company performance bonus.
