A top investment management firm in the city are looking to hire a service desk lead to assist the director of technical support in leading their dedicated team with providing consistently high standards across the business. 

Your new role
You will assist the director with all members of your team, proactively mentoring them to the next stages of their careers which will include dips in performance, KPIs and acting as a technical escalation point for everyone in the service desk team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to how the team is run, ways to improve and initially drive everyone forward.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be from an investment management or hedge fund background You must have lead a team before Technically:

  • Windows OS and MS Office
  • Build and configure Windows 7 desktops
  • Mobile device maintenance
  • Build and configure WYSE terminals
  • Citrix
  • Mobile Iron OR InTune MDM
  • Office 365
  • Cisco telephony

What you'll get in return
You will be working for one of the top investment management firms in the city with a generous basic salary of up to £55,000 with fund management bonus and good benefits.
