Personal Assistant required for Sheffield immediate start January 2017 for a minimum of a 12 month fixed contract

Working for a well known Sheffield employer based in Sheffield city centre you will be working to support two Directors (IT and Sales and Marketing) to cover a 12 month maternity contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation and be part of a busy team.
This position is initially temporary and will provide support to two Directors . Ideally successful applicants will be able to start work with immediate effect and have previously provided PA Support to Director level
Your new role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial support to two busy Directors. Duties of the role will include ; production of high quality documentation including letters , reports and other related documents, preparing reports and presentations , extensive diary management , arranging meetings and appointments , preparing for meetings , taking minutes in meetings , typing up and circulating meetings minutes and agendas, extensive inbox management on behalf of the Directors , handling telephone enquiries , all round business admin support , preparation and management of budget spreadsheets.
This position will offer the opportunity to work in a busy office and a fulfilling position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be available to start work immediately to do a handover and training in January/ February 2017.
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant
You will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Successful applicants will have prior knowledge and experience of handling confidential and sensitive information , knowledge of the legal sector would be advantageous but not essential
