Your new company
You will be working as the HUB Manager for a market leading business in the Pharmaceutical distribution sector. This company has recently set up a new process within their busy Bristol branch which will fall under your jurisdiction.
Your new role
In your position as the HUB Manager, you will have an Assistant Hub Manager reporting directly into you along with a Pharmacy Manager to ensure the site operates to EU and UK standards. Within this role, you will help to build your team from scratch whilst ensuring that all processes are General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) compliant.
You will be given full control of your budget and will be expected to monitor the P&L. Aiding with continuous improvement plans will also be a huge part of your career as the HUB Manager. What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained at least 5 years of experience within an Operations Manager, General Manager or Depot Manager positions; ideally within the pharmaceutical sector. Having gained experience of budget management will be highly desirable for this position. Furthermore, you will have gained a high amount of experience of analysing data to ensure the site is operating to the best possible standard.
What you'll get in return
In this HUB Manager position, you will be paid an annual salary of up to £50,000 per annum. In addition to this, you will also be joining the largest Pharmaceutical company in the UK so your progression opportunities will reflect this.
