A global consultancy company are looking for an Office Manager to join their fast-paced forward thinking business. The individual will provide support to the London office on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to work within a growing and successful business.

The company has a creative and demanding environment; therefore a pro-active and highly organised team player is required. The individual will need to be flexible, use his or her own initiative, and work efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

- Dealing with incoming calls and meeting and greeting clients

- Management of the meeting rooms

- Taking care of new staff and training junior staff

- Liaising with different departments

- Ensuring First Aid equipment is fully stocked and accessible

- Manage the IT requirements and queries, with the assistance of an outside helpline

- Ordering stationery and other office items


Candidates should ideally obtain the following skills and qualifications:

- Advanced Microsoft package knowledge

- Pro-active and organised

- Professional Manner

- Team player

- Organised and Flexible

- Strong work ethic


Candidates must have previous Office Manager experience.
