Senior Manager : Disputes/Litigation, boutique firm

Autonomy and meritocracy in a leading market player.

Do you want to lead varied, big ticket Forensic work and be free of political or direct conflicts to do it? Have you found that your firm keeps directing you towards other work (eg.fraud/financial sanctions work etc) when you would really prefer to focus on your expert witness and disputes ? Or perhaps you can see too many Directors above you are are wondering when you will ever get promoted?

If you're an established Forensic SM/AD with a litigation background and are looking to have more choice and control over the casework you engage in/produce the reports for then this client's truly collegiate and discursive culture could well be the right move. Caseflow is such that the firm is able to select what it engages in and will include investment treaty claims/disputes, international arbitration, FS disputes and transaction disputes, contentious valuations, and of course a wide range of commercial and contractual matters. Sizes run from the £millions to £billions.

The firm offer genuinely flexible working patterns and will encourage and emerging Experts. We are able to offer a lot more information to those who would like to know more, and the firm themselves are more than happy to have an informal first meeting/coffee if that is your preferred dynamic in the first instance.
