1st Line Support (Desktop Analyst)

Desktop Analyst required for leading organisation providing 1st line support

Your new company
A Desktop Analyst is required for a successful organisation based in Birmingham performing a first line IT support function working 37.5 hours Mon-Fri (3 month contract).

Your new role
Be the 1st point of contact providing high quality support service for internal users
Provide basic IT fixes and solutions over the phone
Respond and answer all IT Support calls
Escalate as required to the IT Manager

What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to identify new opportunities within own area and provide workable solutions
Willingness to be pro-active, learn new skills and take additional responsibilities
Capable of working in a pressurised environment
Desirable technical skills include: Windows, MS Office, Active Directory Administration
