Hays Healthcare require Pathways – trained Clinical Advisors in West London – flexible hours and competitive rates

As a clinical advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using NHS Pathways assessment software, you will assess the patient's current condition and provide a referral to a clinician or appropriate service.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Pathways training (version 27 and above)
  • A valid NMC or HCPC registration
  • Must have worked in 111 in the last 6 months
  • Must be able to commit to working weekend shifts
