ServiceNow Project Manager
A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for Project Managers to deliver ServiceNow Integration projects, remote role, 12 month contract, Inside IR35

Responsible for leading the team of technical resources in the ServiceNow programme to design, build and test integrations, this will need close working with the Data Project Manager and also the Compliance Project Manager.
Experience of delivering integrations in a ServiceNow environment is preferable however, delivering in a similar environment would be acceptable

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Directing and managing project delivery across the entire project lifecycle for accelerator products, from initial engagement with the internal client and project initiation, through to requirements analysis and capture, build, testing, productization and project review
Reaffirming project scope against project objectives and goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and internal customer stakeholders (including roles/responsibilities and areas of the project requiring essential internal customer involvement/input)
Estimating the resource and stakeholder participation required to achieve project goals
Determining and assessing the need for additional staff and/or consultants and liaise with the Resourcing team to obtain additional staff
Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team
Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
Planning and tracking project timelines and milestones using designated tools
Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Determining the frequency and content of communications and status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas
Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members

Skills and Experience
The Solutions Development Project Manager will have:
Previous experience of managing IT Service Management related projects
Previous experience of managing IT transformation or software development projects (preferably ServiceNow related)
Solid presentation and meeting facilitation skills
The ability to engage with customers at all levels of seniority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of the different ITIL disciplines and the implementation applications to underpin them

The Solutions Development Project Manager will:
Be self-managing and capable of working alone or as part of a team
The Solutions Development Project Manager may also have:
Some experience of managing the delivery of applications that are to become products
Some knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Software Development Lifecycle experience
Experience of Agile projects, preferably as a Scrum Master or equivalent

Educated to degree or equivalent level (preferable)
Training, and preferably certification, in Project Management methodologies (Prince2/PMI/Agile)
ITIL accreditation to at least ‘Foundation’ level (preferable)
